3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Orders may be refused, canceled, or limited at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.


4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Alexa’s Formula is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.


5. Returns & Refunds

All Alexa’s Formula powder toppers are final sale due to their nature as consumable pet food products.

We do not accept returns on food or supplement items.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
