Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all Alexa’s Formula powder toppers are final sale and not eligible for return.

Powder toppers are consumable pet food products, and for safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on food or supplement items once they have been shipped. This applies to all opened, unopened, or unused products.

We strongly encourage customers to review ingredient lists and product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for your dog, please contact us prior to ordering—we’re happy to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@alexasformula.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
