Thank you for shopping with Alexa’s Formula. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Alexa’s Formula is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Alexa’s Formula ships within the United States.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Alexa’s Formula is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need additional assistance, you may contact us at support@alexasformula.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alexasformula.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
